The private branch of the College of the Law / University of Karbala conducted a seminar to discuss the master’s thesis project submitted by a graduate student (Amer Abdul Rahman Mohsen) and tagged (protecting the apparent situation in commercial law – a comparative study) and the seminar showed that the apparent situation is influential and its presence in commercial law There is no integrated study of the apparent situation with its many applications in practical commercial reality, so this study leads to fill the shortage in the Iraqi legal library.
The Scientific Committee in the private law discussed the research project and expressed its directives to the student. It also made some substantive modifications in the methodology of the scientific research and others in the research plan and the origin of the research topic. It also discussed the fundamental issue in the research. Detectives that have been allocated systematically sound.
